Generative AI Additional Terms of Use

i2IMG offers a suite of generative AI tools (the “i2IMG AI Platform”). These terms, and i2IMG’s Terms of Use, apply to your use of the i2IMG AI Platform. Please use the i2IMG AI Platform responsibly and in accordance with i2IMG’s Community Guidelines.

You are responsible for any text you type into, or content you upload or otherwise input to, the i2IMG AI Platform (“Input”) and you represent to us that you have all necessary rights to use the Input with the i2IMG AI Platform. You are also responsible for any content that is generated when you use the i2IMG AI Platform (“Output”) at any stage, including editing, saving, publicly posting (including on social media), privately sharing or otherwise making the Output available.

As between you and i2IMG, you own your Input and the corresponding Output, in each case to the extent allowable by law. You may not use your Input or the i2IMG AI Platform in a way that may violate law, these terms or i2IMG’s other policies, or anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights. You may not use the i2IMG AI Platform in a way which may lead to unlawful or harmful Output.

You may use the Output for any legal purpose, but you are solely responsible for your use of the Output. i2IMG provides no warranties that you will be able to claim copyright ownership of any Output or that the Output will not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

i2IMG is an open community and the i2IMG AI Platform is designed for the benefit of our community members. By using the i2IMG AI Platform, you grant i2IMG a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right to (a) store, copy, use, modify, reproduce, sublicense and distribute the Input in order to provide the i2IMG AI Platform to you and to improve our services and those of the third party AI providers that we use in the i2IMG AI Platform to provide the services to you, and (b) host, use, reproduce, create derivative works of, publicly display, sublicense, distribute, and modify the Output, in any media now known or hereafter developed. If you use our AI Image Generator text-to-image feature, we may allow others to use and Remix your images and prompts. By default, your Input and Output may be publicly viewable and remixable.

Many of the tools in the i2IMG AI Platform utilize third-party AI models to generate the Output, which may exhibit biases inherent in the training data, requiring users to be mindful of any unintended biases that may arise in the generated content. The i2IMG AI Platform and the Output are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, and i2IMG does not warrant that the Output is accurate, reliable, correct, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose. You accept that any use of the Output is at your own risk and that i2IMG has no liability related to or arising from your use of i2IMG’s AI Platform or the Output.

Because of the developing nature of AI technologies, content generated by the i2IMG AI Platform can vary widely in its results and might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate. You understand that by using the i2IMG AI Platform you may be exposed to such content, and you agree that you will not save, share (including on social media), use, distribute, display, or otherwise make available any content that is in violation of i2IMG’s Community Guidelines.
